Grade A: 10 miles; 5-6 hours.

Meet/Time: Asda Milton of Craigie CP at 7.30am or Glen Falloch layby at 9.30am Map Ref. NN:50:56/368238.

Description: Heading up the slopes of Sron Gharbh along the ridge to Twistin Hill onto the summit of An Caisteal, then onto Beinn a'Chroin before descending to col to return via Coire Earb to rejoin track to
start point.
