Beinn Dearg - 5th April 2009

Grade A: 20 miles; 8-10 hours.

Meet/Time: Asda Milton of Craigie CP at 7.30am or Calvine Village at 9.30am Map Ref. NN:43/809650.

Description:  Cross the A9 to private Glen Bruar road. Continue on this route to Bruar Lodge. Bear NNW on track to junction with path, then ascend NE to summit of Beinn Garbh (932m). Summit Beinn Dearg via boulder slopes. Descend via Meall Dubh nan Dearcag, returning to Bruar Lodge and approach path.
