Grade A: 10 miles; 5-8 hours.

Meet/Time: Asda Milton of Craigie CP at 7.30am or North Face CP (Torlundy) at 10.00am Map Ref. NN:41/145764.

Description: From North Face CP follow path and climb steepening slopes to Carn Beag Dearg. Follow ridge to Carn Mor Dearg and then the arete to the Ben. Return via the 'Tourist Path' and Allt a'Mhuilinn.
