Stob Ghabhar - 4th March 2012

Grade A: 10 miles; 6-8 hours.  

Meet/Time: Tesco Kingsway CP at 7.30am or south side of Victoria Bridge at 9.30am Map Ref. NN:50/271420.

Description: From CP cross over Victoria Bridge to Forest Lodge. Follow track and stalkers path into Coire Toaig and on to bealach. Climb steeply to northern side of coire rim, and follow to summit of Stob Ghabhar (1090m). Follow narrow ridge with simple scrambling before descending into Coire na Muic and regaining the stalkers path.
