Meet/Time: Asda Milton of Craigie CP at 7.00am or Cluanie Inn CP at 10.00am Map Ref. NH:33/074116.

Description: Climb steep slopes to summit Aonach Meadhoin, then traverse on a winding ridge to Sgurr a'Bhealaich and onto Saileag. Return via Bealach an Lapain and the A87.

Description: Follow Allt a'Chaorainn Bhig to Bealach a'Choinich, then steep climb and narrowing ridge to summit Ciste Dubh (979m). Return via same route.
