Buachaille Etive Mor/Etive Beag - 28th/29th April 2012

DAY ONE: Buachaille Etive Mor

Grade A: 7 miles; 6-8 hours.  

Meet/Time: Meet at Tesco Kingsway CP at 8.00am or at Kingshouse Hotel at 10.00am Map Ref. NN:41/259546.

Description: Starting from CP at Altnafeadh, follow path leading steeply up Coire na Tulaich. Summit Stob Dearg (1021m), then follow ridge to Stob na Broige (956m). Return to flat bealach and reverse route.

DAY TWO: Buachaille Etive Beag

Grade A: 6 miles; 4-6 hours.  

Meet/Time: Meet at Tesco Kingsway CP at 7.30am or at Kingshouse Hotel at 9.30am Map Ref. NN:41/259546.

Description: Taking the path into Lairig Gartain, ascend to bealach and walk along narrowing curved ridge to Stob Dubh (958m). Reverse route to bealach and ascend Stob Coire Raineach (925m). Return to bealach and reverse route.
