The Forcan Ridge/The Saddle - 13th May 2012

Grade A: 8 miles; 5-7 hours.  

Meet/Time: Tesco Kingsway CP at 7:00am or Layby CP at 10:00am Map Ref. NG:33/966145.

Description: From CP, climb steeply on stalker's path to bealach then summit Meallan Odhar (610m). Continue to The Forcan Ridge - a knife edged, exposed, with some mild rock climbing in descent - then onto the summit of The Saddle at 1010m. Return via steep scree slopes and through the Bealach Coire Mhalagain.
