Grade A: 7 miles; 5-7 hours.  

Meet/Time: Tesco Kingsway CP at 7:30am or Forest Commission CP at 10:00am Map Ref. NN:56/360984.

Description: From the CP follow a marked trail eastwards, continuing along wide ridge of Sron Aonaich, then onto summit ridge of Ben Lomond. Descend via Ptarmigan Ridge and return to CP.
